Are these temperature readings correct?

I am new so please educate me if these readings are good. This is my new PC and I have Speedfan running. Attached is the snapshot of my temperature. My office is ice cold. I have 4 external hard drives and 1 internal drive splitted into 2 partitions. The GPU temperature seems high.

By the way, the computer runs very quite and the fans aren't turning that fast. I can't get Speedfan to let me adjust the fan speed like I used to do with XP.

Those temps look good...gpus can idle around there, its safe. They can go up to about 80C load fine as well. You're good

Temps looks good, GPU's can go up to 100C, but its never recomended,

I don't ususaly use speedfan cause it has been inaccurate in the past, i would suggest you just verify with HWmonitor. works the best in my opinion...

Thanks guys. Win7 and Speedfan aren't playing nice together so I can't adjust fan speed. My exhaust fan is barely running due to ultra quite factory setting.

If u use Speedfan with Win7,for a better and accurate use do it in Win Xp compatibility mode. That way u may use S.M.A.R.T. function also.
