I just ordered an 5870, sapphire (: and i was wondering if it would bottleneck my Phenom ii x4 920 i have oced to 3.3ghz.. Thanks

Nope, those two should do very nicely with each other (in other words, there should not be any major one sided bottlenecks). Enjoy your new system.

That's a 790GX mobo, right? The only requirement is PCI-E, which that definitely has, so it should be fine. A bigger requirement that many often overlook is the PSU. What PSU do you have now?

What brand? It probably should be fine, especially if it is a decent or good brand.

Its a 600 watt psu
