Overclocking phenom ii

i want to simply overclock my AMD phenom ii x4 955 with my coolermaster hyper TX3 and my ASrock 770DE3L motherboard . .
i want the most simple way possible . .
i have AMD overdrive installed and i can waiting for your answers !!
a step by step will be nice
also if there is any automatic way to do it ?

Do you have the Black Edition version? If so than it's pretty easy. All you have to do is go into your BIOS and adjust the multiplier for your CPU. Than just test your system for stability with something like Prime95 for a few hours or so. If you adjustment passes without issues than that setting (speed) is good. Most people are able to get to 3.8-3.9gHz speeds w/out any voltage adjustments.

Look at page 38 for where to adjust the multiplier settings.
