A740GM-M overclocking with AMD Phenom X3 8450e need help

My specs are:
AMD Phenom X3 8450e 2.1 ghz
ECS: A740GM-M
GeForce GTS 450
ST3200827AS ATA Device
4 gb ram
G510 keyboard
Razer Deathadder


When I try to overclock in bios, It doesn't boot up. The screen goes black. I had it overclocked once so I know it can be done. But for some reason I can't get it working. Need help!

What settings are you using to OC?

I change the speed of the cpu from 200 to 210 and it doesn't work. Not sure what you mean by settings. There is so many settings in the bios.
