getting certificate error navagation blocked in internet explorer in xp

You have IE block website servers without valid certificates. Theoretically it's a secure website, but practically many servers do not pay for SSL certificates and come up with blank or "invalid". Reset your IE options on certificates to notify but allow access anyways.
