Asus P5Q-Pro USB Boot

Hello,
I've an Asus P5Q-Pro. I've a problem with the "boot from USB" procedure, the USB unit selection is not available in the BIOS anymore (I'm sure it was, I've been able to boot once from a USB stick). It seems it has disappeared... and if I press F8 after post, the USB unit is not shown in the list as well. Can you help me please?

Clear the CMOS and set the BIOS to default. Perhaps the USB boot feature was previously disabled.
