Overclocking on asrock oc tuner

hi can anyone tell me when to change the CPU settings in BIOS after I use asrock OC tuner board m3a700de.
My processor is amd x2 250 3.00GHz I have tuner it and its running stable at 3368.47 on as rock OC tuner for about 4 days. So can i change the setting in BIOS right now or should I let it run longer

Essentially, the ASRock tuner changes your BIOS settings for you. If you boot into BIOS you should see that is has the same settings as AXTU

Ok so I've been running OC tuner for 5 days now but the processor is still at 3.00 GHz do u know hw long it might take to overclock it coz i run the program for about 5 hours daily
