Start button and tasbar and tabs missing from bottom of screensn on XP

It was on the top of my screen and i contacted guruaid they moved it to the bottom and i have nothing now after that session. I am referring to taskbar, start, tabs

Try moving the cursor to the lower left-hand corner of the screen to see if the Start button appears. If it does, right-click, select Properties, choose the Taskbar tab, and un-check the Auto-hide the taskbar. Click on the Apply button, and then on the OK button.
