Simply put, I'm trying to find a 3-4 fan splitter that gets it power from a 4 pin power supply connector , BUT is able to read the voltage ratings from the motherboards, so they'll adjust together as the system temp goes up. My 3 coolermaster sickleflow 120MM fans are too loud at max RPM, and I'd rather not fiddle with a fan controller if possible. NOTE, I don't want just a splitter, because that could damage my motherboard as the fans use .35 Amp each. The reason for this is because my motherboard only has 3 fan connectors that are controllable, and my case has 3 intake, and 2 exhaust 120MM fans. All other controllers are full power, always.

Also, if any1 know of a fan controller, that is always able to read the 3 pin from a motherboard and adjust all fans accordingly, let me know. The main reason i wanted to avoid them is because I just see them a cable mess and they make a case look cheap.
