Boot Problems

I am having boot issues with my PC. When I turn on the computer it freezes before I can access Safe mode or the CMOS setup utility. I am at a complete loss!

READ before posting about boot problems!... Read through this thread and it should help you with your trouble shooting.

Try booting with just the basics. Unplug everything but the video card, 1 stick of RAM, and hard drive.
