V-ray and Rhino computer

Hi everyone,
I need sugestions for a V-ray and Rhino rendering computer. I generaly build gaming systems, so I'm a bit confused on how to get the best from my money.

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: september 20-30
SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: 3D rendering, v-ray, Rhino, CAD
PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Need everything
PREFERRED WEBSITE(S) FOR PARTS: I live in Chile, so for reference : www.pcfactory.cl; www.sym.cl; www.bymcomputer.cl
PARTS PREFERENCES: I prefer AMD, but understand Intel may be better in this field.
OVERCLOCKING: No
MONITOR RESOLUTION: at least 1680x1050
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I'm not sure if a video card is estrcictly required or I'll be fine with a 785G IGP.
BUDGET : < chile $ 900.000 (consider Chile prices are about $1.000 per US$ 1, even if exchange rate is $550 = US$1, so it will be a U$$ 900 comparable system for newegg prices)
