I've an old Gigabyte Motherboard (2004)
Gigabyte: 8VM533M-RZ
RAM: 2GIGABYTE
PROCESSOR: PENTIUM 4 (3.4GigHRz)

I want to know does the following AGP card will work with this system?

IF NOT Would anyone suggest me any AGP card please?

It will work, though your board is 4x AGP and the card is 8x AGP. Im not sure if that card will saturate the bandwidth of 8x AGP so you may get some bottlenecking. Maybe someone can clarify this point.
