My pc can not read any cd

hi i wonder if any body help.i am trying to in stal; an antiwirus program to my pc win 2002 edition but neithet the cd nor the dvd drive read the cds,the same time i wanted to install the wi-fi card n the computer does not show anything on screen when i remove the wi-fi card the pc works properly,please help

Your heading is wrong, it should be - I have a problem with my wi-fi card, and your problem is most likely driver related. Take a breath and try to explain problems one by one and clearly.
