Will this CPU cooler Fit my build?

Hello,

I have a AsRock z68 Extreme 3 Gen 3 in a Raidmax Aeolus case With 8 GB of Corsair Vengeance Blu a Core i5 2500K. I was wondering if I could fit a Thermaltake Frio in it. And if not, what would be my best option for cooling? I want to do minor overclocking.

It should fit without any problems as long as your RAM isn't in the two slots nearest the CPU
Your case is 225mm wide and the heatsink is 165mm high so there will be no risk of it touching the side panel

What about a Cooler Master v6?

I would look for slimmer (width) coolers if you're using all your dimms.
The CM Evo is your best bet.

The Frio and V6GT are very good coolers= big and loud though.
