PSU making high pitched static sound on low CPU load

Hello,

I just built a computer and my PSU making a strange sound (as in the subject). The PSU is an ACBel M8 670. I know that it's not in the list of recommended PSUs but I live overseas and it was the best I could find (costed about $160).

Is there anything I can do? Any tricks you guys have found along the way to solve something like this? Or should I just take it back. The sound isn't super loud, just annoying.
