I don't usually suggest Cooler Master PSU's, but that particular model looks pretty good. The 80 Plus Silver rating is nice. The $35 off in the combo also makes it pretty cheap. The Antec 300 + Corsair 750TX would make good substitutes for the case and PSU.
First, that's one of the new Rosewill PSUs, and is 80+ certified. I have yet to see a competent technical review of it, but it is definitely at least a couple steps above their old PSUs, which were crap. 80+ testing is done at 20%, 50%, and 100% load, so that Rosewill could provide 100% of its labeled rating without croaking, and do so efficiently. I would make the same judgement about the Coolermaster that shortstuff linked; their old ones were known to be overrated and inefficient, but that one looks good. The Rosewill PSU, even if also good, will not be able to run a pair of HD4870s, so a bigger PSU will be needed. If you don't like the Coolermaster, then Antec, Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, Seasonic, and Enermax are all viable choices.
Finally, skip i5. For gaming, the faster and more expensive i7 may not make a visible difference, but a Phenom II (either the X4 955BE or the X3 720BE), even though slower, if it allows you to fit your two graphics cards in the budget, will likely perform better in games.
