Error code: 0xc0000005 when I am trying to open up a file in Avery Design Pro 5.

keep getting error code 0xc0000005 while transfaring photos from my pictures into olypus ib ?

0xC0000005 = ACCESS_VIOLATION, which essentially means the application crashed due to reading some memory value that makes no sense. Typically, this is a problem within the application, though sometimes outside programs or RAM problems can cause this error to pop up. But I'd guess the problem is with the application if this is the only application that behaves this way.
