Cooler master V8 CPU cooler

i was wondering..can i fit the Cooler Master V8 on my Asus Crosshair II Formula mobo..i asked some of my friends and they say its gonna fit well..but im not quite certain about something..i mounted a ram cooler..so can i still fit the CPU cooler nicely or do i need to remove the ram cooler to fit the CPU cooler?

or should i just get the cooler master V10?

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 7850 B.E
mobo: Asus Crosshair II Formula
RAM: Corsair XMSII 2GB x2
RAM Cooler: OCZ XTC Cooler
