Problem Description:
CrossFire not working in NWN2 at all.

Yes, I have CrossFire
Yes, I have CrossFire enabled and working from the Catalyst Control Center.
Yes, I've verified CrossFire working in the 3dMark and Vantage Benchmarks.

No, CrossFire is not being used by NWN2 at all. The game works, like it always has using only one GPU.
NWN2 lists it as SLI/Crossfire compatible.
I can confirm by performance, GPU usage readings, and tempurature of the two video cards.
The first video card is being used 100%, the second 0% idle and cool.

CrossFire is a pretty common set up these days, so I'm sure someone has it working somewhere.
Websearches have only found very very old info.

Wow, really nothing?
Not even general advice on getting CrossFire to work on grumpy games?

People talk about profiles, but I can't seem to find Profiles to configure or set up anywhere in CCC.

Options tab at the top right.

When crossfire isn't working at all like in this case, it's quite often an option that needs to be changed in the games .ini file. Search the game forum or ask somebody there.

Still no luck.

The NWN2 community ranges from "I thought it just worked" to "You can't do that". However when I ask for explicite example or details no one ever has any.

a lot of old games (like this one) dont have good crossfire support. oblivon says its got crossfire support, but ati's drivers are preventing it from working (no work around)

make sure nvn is fully patched and updated
