I just upgraded from WindowsME to XP home edition.
Everytime I start up XP and log in, MSconfig opens on the
desktop. I tried the Microsoft Support solution to click
Enable all on the Startup and Services tabs of MSconfig.
This did not work, MSconfig open after restarting the
computer. Any other ideas on how to solve this bug?

>You did select the option for "normal startup" on the
general tab right ? And then click apply and ok, reboot.
