Need a I7 920 build

Hi,
I want to run with a I7-920, Fuc1k Lynnfield.
Resolution 1920x1200 24'inch
G/C: SLI or Crossfire. Was thinking at 4850 or 4870 (maybe in single if a dual gpu configuration isnt needed).

I do want to overclock it.

Use: Gaming/movie, multimedia, download, browsing, etc.

Budge: Give me a price. Lower, better as long as it fits my needs.
