My motherboard only has SATA 2 Ports and seeing that this interface can be a bottleneck for many SSDs, which of the following solutions would you prefer?

Preference:
i)120-160 GB
ii)Good Random Performance(will be used for OS and Programs(NO large files) so Sequential Speed isn't a main concern)
iii)<$300

Solutions I Propose:

1)PCI-E SSD:

2)SATA 3 PCI-E Card+ SATA 3 SSD:

3) SATA 2 SSD:

I am leaning more towards PCI-E SSD due to high random and sequential performance but lack of trim support and other options is stopping me for purchasing one. Intel's SSDs have also caught my eye due to their reliability and 5 Years Warranty.

Also, I am in no hurry to buy a SSD as i am satisfied with current HDD but would like something that boots and loads programs faster, so i can wait for another 6 months before making the purchase in case any new technology and better SSDs are about to be released.

If you have any other solutions in mind, Please let me know!!
