Advice on parts -- Gaming PC

I am building a gaming PC in the next week. My three main concerns are the Motherboard, Processor, RAM, and whether the three components will work together without any problems. I would like some advice or feedback on these main parts listed below, are they decent? I don't need to spend more money for a motherboard with "next gen tech" for upgradability, just something with current tech. I also would like an opinion on 1600mhz RAM vs 2000mhz RAM. How much performance gain will I get from the faster RAM? Is it unstable? I plan on either buying a 5850 for now, then swapping to a GTX 480 when they release.. or just buying a 5970 now..
