G.Skill memory choice

Which memory should I pick to go with my new AMD rig? it's between two G.Skill that are the same price, the only difference I see is the timings (both CL7) the voltage, and the clock. I've had both of them recommended and I really can't pick out which one will be better with my system. I can link the rest of my build if it's relevant.

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
or
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)

Motherboard I have picked out is GIGABYTE GA-790XTA-UD4 AM3 AMD 790X .

Thanks in advance.

Since they are both CL7 and run at the same voltage, the 1600MHz one will perform better than the 1333 MHz one. Get the 1600 module.

Thanks for the reply. From looking at the specs it looks like one is 1.5V and one is 1.65V, so they're not the same voltage. Will 7-7-7-21 be much faster than 7-8-7-24-2N? Or is a faster clock more important?

7-7-7-21 is faster than 7-8-7-24-2N, if they have the same clock. If the 1333MHz one is 7-8-7-21 and the 1600MHz one is 7-8-7-24-2N, the 1600 MHz module is faster.
