320GB maxto showing 30GB !!

Hello,i have a 320GB sata MAXTOR but all program like P-magic ,MAXBLAST and windows showing 30GB !!!
model is stm3320

Can you open the Disk Manager (Control Panel -> Adminstrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management) and see what the bottom section (the pictures) shows for that drive? If you could post a link to a saved screenshot, that would be a help.

We would want to see what size Windows thinks the drive is and how it is partitioned.

"stm3320" is not a valid model number. What are the remaining characters?

Are you perhaps seeing the result of a 32GB capacity limitation jumper ???

What capacity does BIOS report?
