Internet USB & DVD drive not working after virus any ideas ? Internet saying

I want to get on Internet to clear a virus but can't use both DVD cd drives & USBs also not working not sure if the pcs in some kind of safe mode or the virus has done the drivers in any ideas people "

What OS you have ...... Looks you already infected by a serious Virus...

Make sure you can go to safe mode... if window XP Vista and Window 7 all Press "F8" to goto saf mode..

If this just happen see wheather you can use system restore...

And hope yoru system restore is not disabled by the Virus..
