Audio drivers

Hello, I run a Dell Slim Tower Dimension c521 I have tried the http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/04 which tells me what audio driver to download this one R132395,
However when i run it i get this Error.

Device Object not Present, restart the system and run setup again, which I did. and I still have the same error.

Besides the audio driver .... do you download other driver like chipset driver...if not you better try the chipset driver first... and then the Audio

By the way what is yoru service tag

I down loaded Everything from the Dell Drivers website first then restarted then attempted the audio. and im not sure what you mean by service tag could you please elaborate?
