Hello guys. here is my "prob".
I just bought a new dell computer with windows 7 64 bit. I don't wanted to buy a new sound card for this system, so that i could take off the good old sound blaster card of my other computer. When i came to put it on my motherboard, i was quite surprised to see that all my slot were used. 2 for the dual nvidia gtx 260 video card (2 x 1 gb) and 1 for my 56k modem (i'm using low speed connection, through the phone). Than i saw 4 other slot on my motherboard. 3 were Pci. Now.. Here is my question :
Does it possible to convert a pci into a pci-e ? If not, is there any good pci sound card that may not be too high in price ?
