First time OCer how did I do? Screenshots!

I built my first computer and decided to overclock it a bit. I am unsure how hot is too hot when stress testing, so if someone can look at this screenshot and give me some pointers, I would very much appreciate it! I will list my gear at the bottom

biostar tz68a+ mobo w/ intel i5 2500k sandy bridge
8gb Corsair Vengeance ddr3 1600
Galaxy GeForce GTX 580 Video Card - 1536MB, GDDR5
60gb OCZ Vertex 3 SSD
500gb WD Blue HD
800w Corsair Gaming Series PSU
Corsair H-100 CPU COOLER
Corsair Carbide 500r Case

Once again, any and all advice is appreciated. I do not want to damage my new PC nor do I really want to OC to the cutting edge. How is it as is?
