You'll get more help if you list the components instead of just links. Not many people like clicking through all the links. I clicked on the links and all the components look good. I would edit your post to follow the format in the "How to ask for new build advice" sticky at the top of the forum to see if we can fine tune it a little.

Looks pretty good. I would bump up to a Antec 650W PSU, just in case. If you plan on CFX/SLI go with an Antec 750W/Corsair 750W.

XFX has lifetime warranties on their cards. You may want to switch to them but Sapphire is nice too.

For your RAM, I would bump up to 1600 bandwidth. G.Skill has good RAM at 1600 called RipJaws.

Newegg also has the Antec 300 with 4 fans installed so you don't have to buy additional ones. Its a different model than the one you have though. Just type Antec 300 in the search and it should pop up.

You may want to wait a few weeks for the new ATI cards to be released. The 5870 is going to be a killer card and will certainly drop the prices of the 4800 series if you still chose to use a 4800 card.

Other than that you should be gravy.

right now all this is going to cost about 890.00 shipped is there anything we can do to keep it in the 750.00 to 800.00 range but still have good performance

Change the HDD to a Samsung F3 500GB (Saves $25)

Look at each component for the combo deals and you can probably save 50 more.

Like this combo for the Antec 300 illusion and Antec TP 650W PSU. $150.
I found it by pulling up the illusion and just below the picture there is a "all combos" link.
