So i recently built my own computer and i was going to use the new ssd caching from intel. but the problem is that everytime i enable acceleration in the Rapid Storage Technology application on my computer, the next time i reboot my computer, it causes my hard drives to become disabled and non bootable. In my setup i have 2 1tb harddrives in Raid 0, and the ssd im using is a crucial 60gb. my motherboard is the GIGABYTE GA-Z68X-UD3-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard.

Has this happened to anyone else, because i have everything already installed on my 2 harddrives and for the life of me i cant get the ssd caching to work. if anyone has any ideas that would be insainly helpful.
Thanks

I'm having the exact same problem! I'm also using the same motherboard as you. When I enable acceleration and restart the computer, it won't load into Windows. I'm also using a 60gb Crucial SSD, btw.

I am having the same issue, but I am using a Corsair SSD. Did anyone figure out how to fix this?

So i finially got my caching to work. the problem was with the Bios. After flashing the bios with the Gigabyte utility, it for some reason also update the intel software that is used on bootup. After it updated the intel software to the latest, i was able to accelerate my hard drives and afterwards was able to boot from them. If you have any ?'s just email me at lampard.frank595@gmail.com. I hope this can help anyone with similar problems. Oh and Gantz, the type of ssd shouldnt have any effect on if the acceleration should work or not.
