Problem with my Auzen Prelude and Nforce 430

Hi Guys.
I've problem with my soundcard - Auzen prelude
May be the problem is the motherboard BIOSTAR MCP6P M2+. I'm not sure at all. Anyway, when I listen music, I can hear many crackling noises. I changed many drivers, I'm using Win 7 , tried Xp - its the same. Tried DK special drivers optimized for Nforce chipset and so on. But the crackling stand still. I changed soundcards place on the board - no change. Is there a solution?

I tried Kubuntu and Ubundtu and result- there's no crackling. Everything - fine but bass missing.
