how do i test computer cooling fans?

Test them in what way ? to see ifthey spin when powered up ? simple tuirn your PC on.... to test air flow direction ?? most fans have directional arrows on the side...

Im just guessing what you mean, please be more specific

sorry im not much of a tech my com fans only come on at certain preset temps how do i change presets? thanks
