Dell GPU Replacement Requires Tools?

I bought this http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=320429602642 (Dell XPS 430 w/ a 256mb ATI Radeon 3450) and on the listing it says that replacement of the video card requires tools. I just want to know if they are talking about common everyday pc tools or some Dell proprietary bolt that I will have to fight with to get off. I have read that Dell likes to make some parts a pain in the ass to get out (PSU's & Mother Boards).

It's completely tool free in the XPS 410, and I'd be quite surprised if you needed more than a screwdriver for that one.
