Is it possible to overclock AMD Phenom X3 8400?

Wondering if anyone knows of a program, or even a setting within my MSI K9N6PGM2-V (MS-7309) motherboard BIOS to bring up the standard 2.1GHz of this processor to around 2.3GHz? I welcome and thank all responses.

Not familiar with that motherboard, sounds suspicously oem.. But really with a locked cpu you would have to use the reference clock for overclcoking. This generally means overclocking the ram as well, so an unlocked multiplier is the preferred method.
