Acer Laptop Cannot find operating system

If I turn on my lap top on it reads
Yukon PXE v5. 12. 1. 3 (20060316)
Then the copyright date
Pre-boot execution environment (pxe) v2.1
Then the copyright date
PXE-E61: media test failure, check cable
PXE-M0F: exiting pxe rom.
Operating system not found
This all happened after a hand spazem caused me to drop my lap top. What can I do to fix it?

your hard drive is done. replace the hard drive and reload the OS. probably happened when you dropped it.
