I'm not sure about this card, I have been watching several videos of people who have problems with this card.

What do you think? is good or bad

That person, and a few others, have an isolated issue. Almost every card out there, Black Edition or not, XFX or not, have overheating issues. If you're picking up this card brand new, make sure you register the card on the site immediately just in case you do encounter a heat issue. The Black Edition is XFX's highest factory OC'ed cards so more than likely the GTX 260 BE will be hotter than a standard GTX 260 216SP.

But if you're looking for a card relative to the price of a GTX 260 BE, I would suggest a GTX 275. It's better in every way and runs cooler. Factory OC'ed cards usually aren't worth it since you can pretty much OC any card yourself without paying the extra dough.
