I'd rate it pretty poorly. It doesn't come with USB 3.0 or SATA 6gb/s, and there's really no point to having four PCIe x16 slots. Quad crossfire is basically useless unless you enjoy wasting a lot fo money. Only thing I could see with the four PCIe x16 slots is if you put a USB 3.0 controller in one of them, but ... well, you can see where I'm going with that.

For that price, might as well get this Gigabyte board and have USB 3.0/SATA 6 built in, and still have 16x/16x.

i woudnt buy either, amd is soon to release its 8 series chipsets, and the 890fx will be better suited to the upcomming phenom II X6

But this does not have ddr 2133mhz.............

after ddr3 1066, you wont see any performance increases, even to 2533
