955BE / 9800GTX+

Quick Question.

I plan on getting a Phenom ii X4 955BE to replace my god awfull Brisbane 5200+ that has been bottlecking the hell out of my 9800gtx+ oc for too long.

I was wondering if the 955BE would be a good bottleneck killer, and also possible heatsinks to go with this thing as it has a pretty big power draw and I may do some overclocking.
