Acer aspire 4520 amd athelon 64*2

I've acer aspire 4520 notebook while working msg appear on screen'unhandled exicution has
occured'
5-8 times it appears and after that screen disappear with a rattling sound then it wasn't start that time
but after 12 hour when i again start my machine it started but after 2 hours that happened again now my machine is dead
what happened to it .how can i resolve the problem.plz help
