Blog Page tilts left?

Hello,
I recently downloaded a WP theme for my blog and on my Mac all of the content is centered, however, on my PC the header cuts off and everything is titled left...is this a setting I can fix on my IE???

If you re-code the theme you can fix it, looks like whoever wrote the theme did not test it under your version of I.E.
