Best Heatsink for Cooling and Value

I am getting an i5 2500k system built and i was planing to OC to about 4ghz

I've Heard that the Cooler Master hyper 212 is great at cooling and light on the wallet.
(I've heard as low as 18-20℃)

I've also got a friend who swears by zalman.

Noise is not a factor for me. I use a Headset to game so its canceled out and I have a room dedicated to the pc.

I've had some systems that sound like jets

So What do you consider to be the better of the market?

I guess it could help to mention the system will be in an Antec 300 Illusion Case

My vote goes to the CM Hyper 212 EVO. Tack on another fan for push-pull.

Just a heads-up - the size may conflict if tall heatsinks on RAM (if it applies to you).
