I was approached by someone stating that they wanted a new PC to be built for them because she wanted to give her current PC to her father. She is an internet DJ and wanted the fastest available computer under $1000. Here's the catch; She is blind. She uses a screen reader program called Jaws for Windows. After hearing that, I realized that she could get one heck of a computer just by the fact that she would not need a high performance video card and could get better components.
