What budget do you have? The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is a good option for price/performance.

I'm wondering the same thing. I have the AMD phenom II 955 black edition @ 3.2 ghz. I have liquid cooling, but at idle im sitting at 55 degrees, and 70+ at load. Need a good one that's easy to install.
