i need help

when i play games my GPU temp reaches 70+ (with stock cooling). i would like to know if the Coolermaster Aquagate Duo Viva will bring it down in a case that does not have that good cooling.

if not can anyone tell me what other good budget cooler, i can buy. i have a MSI 9800GTX+

There is no problem to solve, that temperature is actually quite low for a GPU.
