Hi, Good day!

I have a problem using bluetooth on my HP laptop pavilion dm1.
It says that "Bluetooth radio device is not available".
I really dont know what to do. Hope you can help me.

Download the bluetooth driver and install it. Restart computer and try.

I checked my notebook model on My computer Properties but it just stated their;

MODEL: HP Pavilion dm1 Notebook PC.

How can i find the right model of my PC??

Are there any device with a exclamation mark on it? Can you see bluetooth?

yes.. on my HP connection Manager the bluetooth was disabled. I dont know what is that mean.. :(

Ok I think we are on a different page here.

Click the window start icon and type in "device manager" without quote in the search box and click device manager to go to device manager.

See if have bluetooth there or an exclamation mark somewhere in device manager.

Cannot see bluetooth device at all. Looks like there is no bluetooth on thelaptop at all which is strange because the specification says otherwise.

Did you have bluetooth working before on this laptop? Can you check your order form or relevant document to see if there is bluetooth?

What do you think area51reopened?
