Looks good, though I'm not sure about going with DDR2 RAM at this time. Market prices for DDR2 and DDR3 are about the same. The newer AMD boards have gone to DDR3, and all the new i5's and i7's from intel are DDR3 exclusive. DDR2 prices will increase as the demand will be drying up. If you don't see any possibility of needing to upgrade the RAM on this system in the future, DDR2 won't be a problem, it's just one of those "what if" cases.
