This is my value htpc/gaming build! I plan on overclocking... Let me know what you guys think it comes up to 800$ Canadian.

Looks good, though I'm not sure about going with DDR2 RAM at this time. Market prices for DDR2 and DDR3 are about the same. The newer AMD boards have gone to DDR3, and all the new i5's and i7's from intel are DDR3 exclusive. DDR2 prices will increase as the demand will be drying up. If you don't see any possibility of needing to upgrade the RAM on this system in the future, DDR2 won't be a problem, it's just one of those "what if" cases.

Maybe the processor could be a problem in the future 'cause is a 3 core, but the rest of the system is OK.

Buy a Vista 64 with the free upgrade to Windows 7. You will want to switch.
