The best onboard gfx is on AMD motherboards . Its much better than the intel options at this time .
    So...

    AMD Athlon II X2 245 Regor + GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H AMD 785G HDMI m-ATX
    combo $125.99
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.254103

    4gigs DDR2 ram $48 amir

Thats fits the budget. The mb is m-atx but it fits an atx case and works fine unless you have a whole bunch of pci cards you want to plug in

Skora beat me to it and his RAM was a better deal . I must be getting old . I cant keep up ........
  5. oh cool... thats what i was looking at... i like that combo..

which of these for choices for ram... that MOBO has 6 slots for 1066 DDR2
