Asus HD 3650 Drivers

Long story short, gave my sister my old gaming computer. Bought the Asus HD 3650 GPU and put it in, power draw is fine. However, getting any drivers to work with this card is another story.

I have tried all versions of ATI's AGP hotfix drivers for the 3600 series, and have even used Sapphire's. All of these drivers will crash when attempting anything remotely work worthy (Light games, 3D mark). The GPU crash requires a reboot.

I'm sick of asking the same question over and over again on various boards and getting no answer, so I'm hoping you all here have something. I need some different set of drivers, or a different way to install them that works.
