Can't restore Quicken from flash memory

I backed up my Quicken 2008 files to a flash memory (running Win 7) to take to another computer in another location. Quicken on the other computer (running XP) gives message "One or more files missing" when I try to restore Quicken only uses that one file and it is there. Any thoughts?

You can't just copy a program onto a flash drive and then copy it onto another computer system to run it. Most Windows programs won't run unless there are also a lot of configuration items set up in the system Registry. You need to run the install program for the product to set it up and make it work properly.
